Bushloe dactyloides
Description
It has two forms, the male and the female. The male has 1-2 spikelets, and the female has bur-like cluster spikelets. The male¢â¡Ás spikelet¢â¡Ás is 6-12 in. and the female¢â¡Ás grow to be 3-7in. The grass is perennial, and is a native grass. The growth rate is in late spring and summer, and is a short forming grass. It doesn¢â¡Át have any leaves.

Location and Habitat
The grass can be found on the southern and western side of Nebraska. It grows all over in front of the high school. It best grows in a warm season, and can handle heavy grazing, and heavy droughts. It grows rapidly right after that. The grass grows from Montana to Mexico.
