UNPS requires all students to take three years of science to graduate
from high school. This includes one year of physical science, one
year of biology, and one year of another science. The third year
of science could be chemistry (students must pass algebra I), or block
science. The third year of science class includes
successfully competing in the Nebraska Native Nations Science Fair.
Are you taking any science classes this year?
Freshmen take physical science.
Sophomores take biology.
Juniors and Seniors take one or both of the choice science classes.
Remember! If you don't find success in science the first time, you are always welcome back to try a second, third, or even fourth time!! I'll be here waiting for you.
