Highlights of Teacher Contract
Teacher are contracted to work 186 days.
Base salary for the 2007-2008 School year is $30,200 on a 4x4 scale
with horizontal movement given through MA+27 and vertical
movement through year 13 (max 1.76). Credit is given for all years of
service in other school districts. Please see our salary schedule.
Eleven sick days per year, accumulate up to sixty sick days.
Three personal days, accumulate up to five personal days. District will by back one unused personal day at subrate.
Twelve bereavment days per year.
The insurance provided is Blue Cross/Blue Shield $300 deductible and the dental insurance of PPO-80% ABC with 50% D.
